A recreation of the Gonzales Flag - an improvised flag from the first skirmish of the Texas Revolution which has been resurrected by contemporary militants and 2nd amendment preservationists, lays on the ground, as if penetrated by thousands of projectiles - a fantasy of an armed last stand.
